Towards a Sustainable Energy Future


Energy is one of the key elements in today's society. Over the past 200 years the energy structure has evolved around the unsustainable use of traditional energy sources like fossil and nuclear energy sources. The 21st century will show if humankind is going to be able to change this energy consumption pattern towards the use of sustainable renewable energy sources. VICOSD strongly believes in the possibility of moving towards a sustainable energy future and therefore puts a special emphasis on projects regarding renewable energy technologies.
